You can request deletion of your VahanSpace account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted and what we are required to retain.
If you can’t access the app, email info@vahanspace.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
When deletion completes, we remove or irreversibly anonymise the personal data associated with your account, including:
Some information may be retained after account deletion where the law requires it or for legitimate business purposes, for example:
Retained records are minimised and access-controlled. Where data cannot be deleted, it is anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.
Confirmed requests are processed promptly; anonymisation of your account takes effect immediately on confirmation, and residual copies in backups are cycled out in the normal backup-retention window.
